Service Aims
The abihomes team provides a lot more than finding a property, by providing a full service before, during and after purchase.
UK Service: On request, providing the flight information, pick up service arranged from air-port, hotel reservations. Full information about the area, buying procedures, and viewing potential properties.
During Purchase: To organise all procedures such as; sending the application form and the requested documents to the Army Headquarters in Izmir, lawyer service, opening a bank account, translator service (where necessary) etc.
- After Purchase: The abihomes team can assist you;
- -At the registration process (water, electric meters, telephone line, solar system, etc)
-Recommending the shops for furniture and electrical goods.
-Assisting with the procedures to obtain residence permits for buyers (includes translation and assisting in the Department of Foreign Affairs).
-Insuring the property.

While our customers are away,

Our property management service is the perfect way of ensuring that your Turkish home is cared for whilst you are away, to ensure that your property is as you would wish to find it upon your return ensuring that you always have complete peace of mind. Our services include the following:
Regular gardening maintenance including lawn cutting and trimming, tree, shrub & hedge trimming, flower bed weeding and trimming and also swimming pool cleaning, chemical control ,also pathway and driveway cleaning.
We will arrange interior decoration and furnishing, to ensure that your villa or apartment remains a dream home.
- -Airport transfers, (reduced cost per trip )
- Cleaning service We will ensure that your home is fresh and clean upon your return (reduced annual cost available).
Also for those customers who wish to rent their properties while they are away, abihomes will also be at your service to organise airport-property, property- airport transfers for your customers, paid at point of service. We can also help you with finding tenants for your property if you wish to rent it out. Either for short term holiday lets or long term rentals
